Our Promise

At Rishi Krishi Agro Farms, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing you with the purest, highest-quality natural products. We take great care in sourcing, packing, and shipping our items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds in the rare event that your order does not meet our standards.


General Return Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for items once they have been purchased. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene, safety, and integrity of our products for all our customers.

We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Expired Products

We stand by the quality of our products. If you have received an item that is damaged, incorrect (not what you ordered), or has expired, we are here to help.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Reporting Window: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, and no later than 48 hours after delivery, to report any issues. We will not be able to process any requests reported after this timeframe.

  2. How to Report an Issue: To initiate a request, please email us at rishikrishiagrofarms@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Your Order ID.

    • A clear description of the issue (e.g., “damaged bottle,” “received wrong spice”).

    • Compulsory: Clear photos and/or a short video of the affected item. This should clearly show the damage, the wrong product label, or the expiration date.

  3. Verification and Resolution: Our customer support team will review your request within 3-5 working days. Once the issue is verified, we will offer you the choice of a free replacement for the specific item or a full refund for that item. Replacement of the product will be done within 3-5 working days.


The Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved, refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that banks and payment gateways may take additional time to process and post the transaction, over which we have no control.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs hours. Once product is dispatched it could not been cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us with your Order ID at rishikrishiagrofarms@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


 

Shipping Policy

Order Processing We are dedicated to dispatching your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Timelines We ship across India through our reputable courier partners. All order delivered within 3-5 working days.

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances with the courier services.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or an SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure you provide the complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and a valid contact number. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by an incorrect address.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
